Due to the current pandemic the academy is closed to most students (except for vulnerable students and those whose parent/carer is a key worker] from Monday 18th January 2021 to Friday 5th March 2021. During this period students eligible for free school meals will be provided with vouchers for two week periods (except for the dates when students collected hampers from the academy] and these will be emailed to you on 25th January 2021, 1st February 2021 and 22nd February 2021. The The London Borough of Hillingdon will be providing funds to parents/carers during the holiday periods.
Please read step-by-step guidance on how to order your vouchers – Parent Carer User Guide for Free School Meal Voucher
Please contact the academy if you do not receive an email regarding the free school meal voucher for your child(ren).

Simple to Apply
We actively encourage all families entitled to free school meals to make a claim, however we know that it can be both daunting and difficult to find the required evidence, bring it into the Academy for copying and wait for your paperwork to be returned. Some parents or carers are not even sure if they are entitled to free school meals, so they don’t apply.
In order to reduce the burden of evidence on our students’ parents and carers, and encourage as many as possible to apply, we have introduced a simple process.
The Free School Meals application form can be downloaded from the bar below. Please complete the form and return it to Park Academy’s Student Services. Don’t forget to include your National Insurance Number.
We will process the application on our behalf and will confirm your eligibility with a simple ‘Entitled’ or ‘Not Entitled’. If any applications are returned to us as ‘Not Entitled’ we will inform you immediately. No other information is provided to the Academy and your details remain confidential.
The application lasts for one year; however it is your responsibility to let us know if your circumstances change during the year.
Park Academy West London’s restaurant service is run by Cucina.
Unlike most caterer’s, Cucina take a hands on approach to ensure there is something on the menu for everyone. As educators, we want students to eat better. Our Executive Chefs run a three week menu cycle to ensure no day is ever the same. Cucina is jam packed with real foodies. Our belief is to bring restaurant-quality food into schools. We don’t operate canteens, food halls or cafeterias; our outlets are all proper restaurants, with everything implied by that. Park Academy has its own trained chef and all of Cucina’s meals are cooked from ‘scratch’ starting with fresh ingredients…many of which are locally sourced.
